Today we went to the Boyce Thompson Arboreatum and we made some cactus gardens when we got home. The containers are altoids tins, our Earth day recycling effort.

Cactus Flower Blooming
Arizona is crazy blooming right now, that is what 4 weekends of rain in late winter does I guess! I went on the hike by the house yesterday and it looks so pretty, I can't wait until the prickly pear and cholla join the action.
